In the previous article, we created our token on Kadena Testnet. This article will teach us how to manage your tokens on Chainweaver.
Step 1: Move to the account page of Chainweaver. Click the “Manage Tokens” button.
Step 2: Add your token name on the search bar and hit the “Add” button. Remember to add “free.” in front of it. In my case, my token is called “free.eth”.
Step 3: Go to the Current Token section and then select the token you created before.
Step 4: Now, you can check the token balance of your account.
Step 5: We will simulate transferring your token to other people. Select the Keys page on the left menu and press the “Generate key” button.
Step 6: Click the “Add k:account” button. You will be redirected to the account page.
Step 7: Click the “Transfer Coins” button on the account page.
Step 8: Try to transfer some tokens from the account you created your token to the newly added account. Remember to leave the “k:” alone. After that, hit the “Sign & Transfer” button.
Step 9: Enter your primary account (the account you used to create your token) as the gas-paying account and press the “Next” button.
Step 10: Preview the transaction and click the “Send Transfer” button.
Step 11: After a few minutes, you will receive a “Write succeeded” message under the Transaction Result.
Step 12: Check the account balance on the account page. Your newly added account will have some tokens you created. Hit the “Refresh” button if it does not change.
Congratulation! We have successfully transferred some tokens to other people. In the following article, we will move from Testnet to Devnet and create our decentralized exchange based on the Kaddex swap on Kadena.
